NARRATIVE REPORT
Introduction
The Research Subject Coordination and Implementation activity
aimed to guide Senior High School students through the research process
for the 2023-2024 school year.
Over the course of the school year, the Research Subject Coordinator
executed a variety of activities, including an orientation seminar, setting
timelines for research deadlines, facilitating workshops, and overseeing the
research process. These efforts helped ensure students understood
research expectations, could collaborate with external research partners,
and could present their findings through seminars or potential publications.
Monitoring and Evaluation
The activity was closely monitored through regular check-ins and feedback
loops with both students and faculty. A series of milestone evaluations
were conducted at each stage, including a feedback survey at the
orientation seminar, regular progress reviews with students, and a post-
event evaluation of the research seminar in December.
September 8–September 30, 2023: The orientation seminar was
successfully conducted with active participation from the senior high
school students. Monitoring was done through surveys, and follow-up
consultations with students indicated a good understanding of
research processes.
October 2023 – July 2024: Throughout the academic year, regular
check-ins were held to track student progress on their research
projects. Faculty members were instrumental in providing guidance
during these phases, and external research partners were contacted
to explore collaborative opportunities.
Key Outcomes:
100% of participating students completed their research proposals by
the deadline.
At least 10 research projects were presented at the research seminar
in December 2023.

Workshops on research tools were attended by 120 students and
faculty, increasing their familiarity with software and data analysis
methods.
Ethical compliance was reviewed, and no major ethical violations
were reported during the research process.
Conclusion
The Research Subject Coordination activities were successfully
implemented as outlined in the action plan. The students are now well-
prepared to continue their research projects and to engage in future
academic opportunities, including publications. The support structure
provided through this initiative ensured timely project completion and
provided students with both the theoretical and practical knowledge to
excel in their research endeavors.
