Lubrication Technician - Lube Execution: Estimation 72 day £500.00 £36,000.00

The number of hours is estimated on an annual
base, based on 171 assets to be covered by
lubrication activities and included in the lubrication
program received. The basis of the calculation is
one full time equivalent necessary to cover 700
equipments on average.
This is an estimation to be reevaluated on a
monthly basis depending of the time effectively
spent on site.
On average: 12 days per month on site (including
improvement projects)
Only actually worked days will be invoiced.
Implementation of the I-care lubrication technical
software or optimization of the current lubrication
plans must be carried out by the Lubrication
Engineer. The number of days to be performed for
this implementation is not yet included in the
scope.
Lubrication Engineer - to oversee the project and 3,50 day £924.00 £3,234.00
ensure the proper delivery of operations
Time in hours is estimated based on an involvement
of maximum 5% of the time spent by lubrication
technician.
Any hour spent by the lubrication engineer will be
justified in a detailed timesheet
Travel & Lodging Costs

As per the I-care UK Customer Expense Policy.
Travel costs are included in the daily rate for less
than 100km/62 miles distance from the closest I-
care UK office.
For additional travel or beyond 100km/62 miles, the
rate charged is £1.50/mile. The travel costs include
the working time of I-care’s staff whilst travelling.
Closest I-care UK office is in Manchester, M50 1RF,
27 miles from IKO Wigan site. Therefore no travel
costs will be charged

equipment (PPE), but exclude supplies or tools for
carrying out lubrication technical tasks.
The prices will be indexed annually.
Non-Certified technicians are to be used only on a
temporary basis: in specific conditions when I-care
is requested to execute the work before having
local certified lubrication technician available.
After 6 months, the activities performed will be
evaluated. Depending on the workload carried out
in the first 6 months, the scope can be adjusted.
Extra work requests (not within the predefined
periodic task package) will be tracked during these
first 6 months. These can be taken into account
during the workload evaluation.
After normal working hours, the rate will be:
200% of the normal working hours charged
between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
150% charged for the other hours.
Work on Saturdays:
Between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM, the rate of 200%
will be charged.
150% for the other hours.
Work on Sundays and public holidays:
The rate of 200% will be charged for all working
hours.
No presence on official public holidays that fall
within the working week.
Total excl. VAT £39,234.00
Both parties agree to the content of the quotation.
