[CTQs: Critical to Quality Requirements]

Better means improve performance on matrix in the


quality dimensions, quality and its protestant

Faster means improving performance of matrix in the


time or temporal dimensions.

Cheaper means more efficient use of resources and


improve performance of matrix in the cost
dimensions.

To achieve this the organization, need to have:

1. Effective and efficient processes to deliver value, well designed, capable, consistent, and defined
what important, when to act, and what action take. Shall have process authority, responsibility,
and accountability.
2. Tools and techniques for design [Design for six sigma], improvement [Six sigma and lean], and
control [VSM, process management]
3. Mindset and behaviors where everyone want to and can be operationally excellence. Embrace
mindset, encourage behaviors, and set goals and target to celebrate.
4. Alignment of strategies, priorities, policies, and decisions.
