Technical Data Sheet C-EAGLE (VM150-56)

C-EAGLE(VM150/56) is a vinyl acetate Maleinate Ester-based aqueous dispersion used primarily as an adhesive for various substrates, including paper and plastics. It features a solid content of 56%, a viscosity range of 10,000-20,000 cP, and a pH value between 3.0 and 5.0, with specific storage and preservation guidelines to maintain its efficacy. The product should be tested for compatibility with other resins if not used as a sole binder, and it is recommended to be processed within 12 months of storage.

Special Features
• Porous/non porous substrates adhesives

Uses / Applications
• Paper Adhesives, Laminations, Floor, wall and ceiling Adhesives. Due to the good Adhesion Properties to different Plastic
materials, this Polymer dispersion is suitable for Bonding materials such as PVC films, PU foams, Polystyrene wall Plates
and cellulosic films
• C-EAGLE (VM 150/56) is pseudo elastic, i.e., the viscosity decreases with increasing shear rate, i.e. very high speed
agitation should be avoided during adhesive formulation.

Preservation
• To prevent attack by micro-organism, the preservatives normally used for polymer emulsions should be added in addition to
our preservation measures.
• Checks should be carried out to determine their compatibility and efficiency.

Storage
• It should not be stored for longer than 12 months before processing. As far as possible, storage should be at a uniform
temperature in the region of 5 - 35ºc. The product should be kept away from frost.
• The technical data ascertained by our quality control laboratory at the time of product release may vary according to the
storage time and storage conditions and may deviate from the stated limits.
