This is my intent letter I have prepared for the 6 questions I

must answer for my vice president candidate application form.

1. When considering on my leadership experiences in school,

I would say that my key strength I had developed is my
ability to unify differing opinions and minimize conflicts
and dissatisfaction among my peers. Secondly, everybody
favours me meanwhile I don't focus heavily on building a
personal reputation or social circle; instead, I rely on my
expertise and intelligence in the field. My words and
actions naturally resonate with others. In group projects
which is my third point, I am able to formulate clear plans
that are effective over weeks or even months, and I have
the ability to inspire and motivate people to work
diligently, whether for themselves or for an organization.

In a diverse community, I would use my experience as a

house captain in Aralez as an example. There were
numerous challenges in each house, but the most
significant difficulties I faced alongside Winnie included
low motivation, negative energy, heavy workloads, the
failure of multiple strategies, and minimal responses and
supports from teachers. However, I consider myself
fortunate to have learned from these experiences. I
developed the ability to unite people toward a common
goal and to bring out their strengths across various fields
and events. This included collaborating closely with the
sports captain during events, organizing house members
to showcase their talents in sports, academics, arts, and
music.
2. The most significant and meaningful change I aspire to
make at school is to reduce the communication gap
between students and teachers. It's often difficult for
students to approach teachers when issues arise—not
because teachers or coordinators are intimidating, or
because students fear the consequences of bringing
matters to the attention of adults, but rather because
students often find it deeply uncomfortable to reach out to
teachers. As a result, they tend to seek help only when
situations become unbearable or beyond their control. I
hope to create an environment where open
communication is encouraged before problems escalate.
This challenge is partly due to our school’s reputation for
having strict teachers and coordinators who enforce heavy
penalties. However, as an extraordinary student, I have
been fortunate to find a teacher with whom I feel
comfortable, which has allowed me to learn these
important lessons. Personally a thank you to teacher Sint
and every other teachers who were there to support me in
my lowest, I genuinely appreciate you all, I love you.

3. When people disagree with my ideas, I don’t dismiss or

reject their perspectives. Instead, I listen carefully and
critically, ensuring that their opinions are valued and
considered. Everyone brings different ideas to the table,
whether strong or weak, and I believe in acknowledging
each and every one of them. This is not really just because
I possess leadership qualities, but because I firmly believe
everyone deserves the chance to voice their thoughts,
share their vision, and advocate for the future they desire.
All they need is a leader like me, who is willing to
champion those voices and do it for them, fight it for
them.

4. What makes me the best candidate for the position that

I’m applying for, I would say it’s because I’m the one and
only candidate that is willing to take full responsibility for
what I say, what I do and what I am, and I’m willing to take
advices from each and every individuals, from teachers,
students and coordinators to parents, elders and even
cleaner aunties and securities. I plan every steps well and
I always hit the ground running.

5. I really look forward to create a special annual event for

our school—a talent showcase that offers pleasant, joyful,
and unforgettable experiences. While we already have
several events of this kind, I want to create an event that
also involve parents, teachers, and students more actively.
This could be large concert that brings everyone together,
or even an sport event where students, teachers, and
parents compete alongside one another. I want this event
to be memorable, leaving everyone with lasting memories
of the wonderful experiences they shared at Kings. But
well the most realistic idea I want to propose is an eSport
tournament. While we have numerous sports and talent
showcases, those who are passionate about digital
platforms of the new generation rarely have opportunities
to display their skills, strengths, and intelligence. I want to
create an opportunity for these students to shine, to
"outplay" the competition, and to establish our school as
their first stage—one that could lead to even greater
platforms. Additionally, our school could organize inter-
school eSports competitions, providing a fantastic
opportunity for these students to demonstrate their
talents and represent our school.

6. And Lastly, I want to say that in here I’m not just looking
for a paper of certificate, but because I see this school,
every teachers, students as my home, my family
members, brother and sisters. I look forward to provide
you a strong quality of experience in Kings, I love this
school from the deepest of my heart, although I have to
admit I have some awful memories, committed some
reckless things, but still, I truly, genuinely, sincerely,
honestly do want my school to become a better, healthier,
lovelier community for each and everybody, everybody.
Thank you.
