USDT Sale and Purchase Agreement
This agreement is made between:

number [ID Number], hereinafter referred to as the "Seller."

number [ID Number], hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer."
Both parties shall be collectively referred to as the "Parties" and
individually as the "Party."
Whereas the Seller owns a quantity of USDT cryptocurrency and
wishes to sell it, and the Buyer intends to purchase it under the terms and
conditions set forth below, the Parties, having the legal capacity to enter
into this agreement, hereby agree as follows:
1. Subject of the Agreement
The Seller agrees to sell, and the Buyer agrees to purchase, [Amount]
USDT at a unit price of [Price per USDT], with a total transaction
value of [Total Amount] USDT, in accordance with the terms specified
in this agreement.
2. Payment Terms
1. The Buyer shall pay the total transaction amount of [Total
Amount] USDT to the Seller using the agreed payment method:

2. The payment shall be made to the Seller’s designated wallet
address: [Seller’s Wallet Address], within [Number] days from
the date of signing this agreement ("Payment Deadline").
3. Payment shall be deemed final and complete upon confirmation of
receipt in the Seller’s wallet.
3. Delivery of USDT
1. Upon confirmation of full payment, the Seller shall transfer the
agreed amount of USDT to the Buyer’s designated wallet address:

2. The transfer must be completed within [Number] hours from the
confirmation of payment receipt.
4. Penalties and Compensation
1. Late Payment:
o If the Buyer fails to make full payment by the Payment
Deadline, the Buyer shall be liable to pay a penalty of

delay, calculated from the day following the Payment
Deadline.
2. Late Delivery:
o If the Seller fails to transfer the USDT within the specified
timeframe after receiving payment, the Seller shall be liable

value for each day of delay, calculated from the day
following the deadline for transfer.
5. Representations and Warranties
1. Each Party represents and warrants that they have the legal
capacity to enter into and perform this agreement.
2. The Buyer represents and warrants that the funds used for this

3. The Seller represents and warrants that they have full legal
ownership of the USDT being sold and that it is free from any
third-party claims or obligations.
6. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with

exclusive authority over any disputes arising from this agreement.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved

8. General Provisions
