METHODOLOGY

I SNEHASISH GHOSH student of Swami Vivekananda University, 1 st year

did

this project by collecting data my self while training in the hospital.

(CAMRI MULTI SPECIALITY HOSPITAL BARDHAMAN ). There are various

types of data

which I get from hospital. Some of them I collect my self and some of that
my guide gave me.

Under the methodology there are two types of data, like -

• Primary Data

• Secondary Data

▪ Primary Data:

16 January I started my training at this hospital. This training period I

attend

the hospital every day. I went to round every ward observe and wrote
down the

problems related to the environments and other aspects of the hospital

including the

various wards. I spoke to the patients while making rounds, gaining

knowledge about

their problem and . Asked various question about the service and
collected their

opinions.

▪ Secondary Data:

During my training That's how Such as how to handle the patient and

his household, how to bill, how to improve the quality of the patient's

food, how to keep record of death body, how to amend bill of diet act.

In this project there are various types of data which I get from them, for

which these that fall under secondary data.

PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION

▪ Shortage of manpower

▪ Ambulance crisis.

▪ BMW related problem.

▪ Patient satisfaction

▪ Financial problem related to diet.

▪ Broken useless item of hospital.

▪ Various changes to information like patient details and death

certificate related error.

RECOMMENDATION

1. This hospital has only 2 ambulances, which help to transport patients,

ever. But as there are only 2 ambulances in the whole hospital, many

time the patients do not get an ambulance in there emergency. This

problem can be solved if the hospital gets more ambulances in there

hand. Only then patients do not have to go to the ambulance crisis in an

emergency.

2. According to BMW waste management, specific waste should be placed

in specific coloured bags. But there are many hospital staff who do not

have proper knowledge about this matter. To avoid this problem,

patients and every staff of hospital should be aware of BMW. They

should be made aware of what type of waste in other bags instead of

specific colour bags. In this way problem can be solved.

3. Hospital patients are often dissatisfied. Some time due to quality of

food, problem related to toilet, behavior of staff, water problem, many

times patients are dissatisfied. We have to se that food quality is

maintained, food that patients can eat, clean toilet and everywhere,

solve water problem, talk to patient the patient have any problem, it

should be solved quickly.

4. There are many items that are broken and useless. Many time various

information gets wrong by the medical staff or the people at the patient
[Link] everyone make awareness, and concern about this problems

then such mistakes can be reduced a lot.

CONCLUSION

The project hospital training is the work in a hospital. The process takes

care of all the requirements of an average hospital and is capable to

provide easy and effective storage of information related to patient that

up to the hospital. I generate training report, The training provide me a

detailed information

about hospital that how a hospital looks like and how a hospital running.

What kind of work done in hospital core. How to manage difficulties in

[Link] the training I also gather information from the staffs of my

department and also from the patients.

The process also provides me the facility of backup as per the

requirement. In my hospital, all the patients and their household talk in

Hindi. It also provide the facilities to learn the communication skill.

Because of the patients language, I try to understand what they want to

say in that situation, helped them to provide the right service. This

training brings together practitioners, managers, and intern, and

community representative in policy relevant knowledge in the field. The

hole training help to build a huge knowledge about this
