Monday to Friday:
7:00 AM - 7:30 AM: Wake up, morning routine (shower, breakfast)
7:30 AM - 8:30 AM: Study Session 1 (Subject 1: Maths/Science)
8:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Quick break (stretch, hydrate, walk)
9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Study Session 2 (Subject 2: Different subject)
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Exercise (30-minute workout + stretching or cardio)
11:00 AM - 12:30 PM: Study Session 3 (Subject 3: Review notes, practice)
12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch & Break (Eat and relax)
1:30 PM - 2:30 PM: Study Session 4 (Subject 4: Review, practice papers)
2:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Instrument Practice (30 minutes)
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Study Session 5 (Review difficult topics or do practice problems)
4:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Break (refresh with a snack or walk)
4:30 PM - 5:30 PM: Exercise/Physical Activity (Another workout or outdoor activity)
5:30 PM - 6:30 PM: Instrument Practice (Another session)
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM: Dinner & Relax (Eat and unwind)
7:30 PM - 8:30 PM: Study Session 6 (Light revision, go over tricky topics)
8:30 PM - 9:30 PM: Free Time (Watch a show, call a friend, or relax)
9:30 PM - 10:00 PM: Wind down for bed (get ready for tomorrow)
Saturday:
8:00 AM - 8:30 AM: Wake up, morning routine (shower, breakfast)
8:30 AM - 10:00 AM: Study Session 1 (Review week's work, focus on weak areas)
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Exercise (Outdoor activity, sports, etc.)
11:00 AM - 12:30 PM: Instrument Practice (30-60 minutes)
12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch & Break (Take your time to relax)
1:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Study Session 2 (Continue revision, practice exam papers)
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Exercise/Physical Activity (Light workout or outdoor walk)
4:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Free Time (Relax, enjoy your weekend)
5:30 PM - 7:00 PM: Church (Attend church)
7:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Instrument Practice (Keep practicing)
8:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Dinner & Relax (Unwind and enjoy the meal)
