TERMS OF THE CONTRACT
1. Services of waiters is up to 5 hours only.
- Overtime fee of ₱100.00 per waiter / hour will be charged in excess of 5 hours.
- Handling fee of ₱100.00 per waiter / floor will be charged for venues with no elevator.
- Distance fee of ₱100.00 per waiter if venue is 50 meters away from loading/ unloading area.
- Lechon fee of ₱500.00 per lechon will be charged (for the lechon chopper and chopping
equipment)
- An alcohol service fee applies to clients who choose to bring their own alcoholic drinks.
2. Transportation fee will be charged depending on the location.
3. Venue entrance and gate fee will be to the account of the customer.
4. Kubiertos Catering will abide to the rules and regulations of the contracted venue.
5. Clients to bring containers for leftover food.
- Taking home perishable items is strongly discouraged. Kubiertos Catering is not liable for
any consequences, including spoilage or health risks, related to the transportation or storage of
leftover food.
6. Food tasting is available every Saturdays and Sundays in our BF Homes office (Good for 2 pax).
- Please note that the food we’ll be serving will be the actual food from our events that day.
Some menu items are subject to availability.
7. Additional 12% VAT will be charged if OR (Official Receipt) will be issued.
MODES OF PAYMENT:
A. Reservation fee of P5,000 will be required to lock the date (non-refundable but deductible to
the full contract price)
B. Down payment
50% - Upon contract signing
30% - 1 week before the event
20% - On the day of the event.
Balance should be settled in CASH, GCASH or BANK TRANSFER ONLY right after the
event.
CANCELLATION:
A. ₱5,000.00 reservation fee is non-transferable, non-convertible, and non-refundable if the
function is cancelled.
B. Down payment (net of reservation fee) is non-transferable, non-convertible, and non-
refundable if function is cancelled 7 days prior to the event.
C. 50% of the down payment (net of reservation fee) will be refunded if the booking cancellation
is 2 weeks prior to the event
