Terms & Conditions:
1. Check-in time is 2.00 p.m. and Check-out time is 12.00 p.m. (Early check-in depends on room availability).
2. Copy of NID/Driving License/Valid Passport with proper VISA should be given at check-in time for adult every guest.
3. A proper photo ID is required during check-in for local nationalities and a Valid Passport Visa is required during check-in for foreign nationalities.
4. Maximum 2 (Two) adults can stay in Super Deluxe King/Twin, Junior Suite, and Infinity Ocean Suite rooms.
5. Maximum 4 (Four) adults can stay in the Panorama Ocean View Suite Room.
6. Early check-in and late check-out depend on room availability.
7. For smooth check out Mini bar will be locked after 9.30 a.m. on the checkout date. If need to keep open, please inform the Front Desk or Housekeeping.
8. Outside food, beverages & alcohol are not allowed.
9. Outside guests are not allowed in the room.
10. Hotel towels/Bathrobes or other amenities/equipment are not allowed to be taken outside of the hotel.
11. Sound boxes, Loud music/ loud sound is not allowed in the room & hotel premises.
12. Rice cookers or any other electronic items are not allowed in the room.
13. Personal photographers are not allowed on hotel premises.
14. To use our Lifestyle Fitness Center gym, all guests must wear athletic/Sports clothes and shoes.
SWIMMING POOL POLICY:
1. In order to maintain the hygiene and safety of the swimming pool, all guests must wear appropriate syntactic swim costumes and take showers before entering the pool.
2. No Salwar Kameez, Kurtas, Sarees, Shirts, or long cotton, or denim pants will be allowed in the swimming pool.
3. Burkinis, bikinis, swimming costumes, and tights tops made of only lycra fiber will be allowed.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
1. Cancellation 7 (Seven) days or more - No charges.
2. Less than 7 (Seven) days, but more than 3 (Three) days - First night room will be charged.
3. 3 (Three) days or less - Full booking charge.
4. 100% will be charged for no-show.
5. Within 15 (Fifteen) working days, your advance money will be refunded to your bank account.
