1. BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING
Follow the below instruction:
Step 1: Enter the following URL in your browser address bar [Link]
Step 2: Go to browser settings and search “cache and cookies”.
Step 3: Clear/Remove the “Cache and Cookies” in your browser.
Step 4: Enter the following URL in your browser address bar [Link]
Step 5: Enter your Mail-ID and Password and click the “Sign-In” button

2. ADVANCED TROUBLESHOOTING
There are three options for fixing issues in Simplex, please follow each step one by one to solve all issues.
Step 1. Clear Cache and Cookies:
1. Open your browser.
2. Go to the browser settings,
3. Search the Cache and Cookies in the browser settings search bar.
4. Clear the Cache and Cookies.
Clear Cache and Cookies in Chrome
Clear Cache and Cookies in Microsoft edge
Clear Cache and Cookies in Firefox
Step 2. Open Simplex in Different Browser:
Use the following link in a different browser:- [Link]
Open Simplex in Chrome window
Open Simplex in Microsoft edge window
Open Simplex in Firefox window
Step 3. Try a Different browser in private mode:
Use the following link in a different browser in a private window.

1. Open the browser.
2. Choose the browser application menu (it will be shown in the top right corner of the window).
3. Choose the New InPrivate/Incognito window.
4. Open the Simplex in this window.
