I. Executive Summary
Mandilikit National High School is a friendly school community that promotes holistic development
among students and teachers. Students are provided with rich co-curricular and extra-curricular
activities that both nurture their academic and social development specifically focus on self-formation
such as leadership skills, oral and verbal abilities, respect for policies, colleagues, environment, and
authority.
The School aims to educate students about sustainable development to develop students respect
for life, environment, and community. Make students value and recognize the importance of natural
resources and innovation without sacrificing the environment.
Moreover, teachers undergo series of professional development to upgrade their knowledge in
teaching methodologies and strategies. Make teacher’s understand the millennial learners through
studying the new trends in facilitating learning and creating positive classroom management. Work-
life balance is import also, the school ensures that while teachers are working tirelessly, they also
experience happiness through turning their passion in teaching as their means of living: team-building
and bonding activities are provided to teachers and school staff.
Many says that school is the child’s second home, indeed that is true that is why the community of
MNHS ensures that it is a home where always want to come back home.
II. Exemplary Behavior/ Conduct Displayed within the last 3 years
 The school got 2nd place during the Division Level Search for Most Outstanding School- Small
School Category, received last August 2022
 Now on its 2nd year of implementation of the school’s innovation in Creating Outstanding
Readers Everyday (CORE) that help in increasing our MPS from School Year 2022-2023 - 2023-
2024 year end 4A’S (Argao Annual Academic Assessment) of the Municipality. An innovation
that was funded by the Municipality and implemented within the Municipallity.
 Fulfilled Schools Improvement Plan’s Priority area and reached up to 0% dropout because of
SAGIP ARAL PROJECT which was supported by our stakeholders.
III. Impact Accomplishment
 Lifted the weakening spirit of Mandilikit National High School community. We succeeded
because of our combined effort. Internal and external Stakeholders to monitor the
student’s behavior and participation in school programs, projects and activities that
resulted to the increase of student’s participation and achievement rate.
 Our Innovation “CORE” that helps us increases our MPS.
