1 Monitoring of BMS workstation & ensure every operation carried out is normal.
Check for any alarms & take necessary action .If any abnormalities has been noticed during the
2 routine check, the technician will log the CM work order for job to be carried out which includes of all
the information of the job and the level of action required
3 Regularly maintain the BMS checking that the setting match building use at least ones a quarter
check the integrity of cabling test accuracy and review suitability o sensor locations calibrate or adjust

5 verify that controllers automatically restart following interruption to power supplies
6 Check panel for any signs of damage and corrosion
7 keep blower to clean wipe with a dry cloth
