A RESOLUTION REALIGNING THE FUND ALLOCATED FOR THE FABRICATION
OF METAL BIN TO PROCURE A NEW PRINTER FOR SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN
OF BRGY. TALDIAPAN.

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Taldiapan, Mayantoc, Tarlac, recognizes


the need for a new printer to enhance operational efficiency and improve the quality of service
delivery;
WHEREAS, the cost of the required printer is ₧17,000.00 , which can be covered by
realigning the budget allocated for the metal trash bin with the budget of ₧12,000.00 and the
₧5,000.00 remaining will be obtained from the budget allocated for school supplies to
accumulate the cost of the required printer.
NOW THEREFORE, on the motion of Sangguniang Kabataan Kagawad Daniella T. Nieves,
duly seconded by Sangguniang Kabataan Kagawad Angelica L. Tomas;
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy.
Taldiapan unanimously agrees to realign the budget allocated for the metal trash bin to procure a
new printer
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Sangguniang Kabataan shall proceed with the procurement
process.
DONE this 3rd day of July 2024, at Barangay Taldiapan, Mayantoc, Tarlac.
