Truffle cake (½ kg)
Ingredients:
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cups granulated sugar
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon chocolate essence
1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon coco powder
½ cup water (as per requirement)
2 large eggs
For icing:
250 ml fresh cream
400 gm chocolate
For chocolate ganache:
100 gm chocolate
¼ cup heavy cream
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven/gas and grease a cake.
2. Oven temperature 180 degree double road pre heat and single
road for baking
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking
4. soda and coco powder
5. Add 2 egg white and beat un l become thick from after that add
yolk
6. and mix.
7. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and
mix
8. until well combined and add essence, oil, water, and vinegar.
9. Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and smooth the top.
10. Bake in the preheated gas for about 25-30 minutes or un l a
toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
11. Once baked, remove from the n and let it cool before
frosting or decoration
Recipe for chocolate Ganache
Ingredients:
1. 100gm dark chocolate, chopped
2. ½ of heavy cream
3. Instructions:
4. Place the chopped chocolate into a heatproof bowl.
5. Combine chopped chocolate and heavy cream and heat for
double boiling method.
6. Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate and let it sit for a
7. minute to allow the chocolate to melt.
8. Gently whisk the mixture un l smooth and well combined.
9. Let the ganache cool for a few minutes before using it to allow it to
thicken slightly.

Ingredients:
½ cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mixed dry fruits.

8. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, and add dry fruits
9. Bake for 15 minutes.
