• A group is defined as two or more interacting and interdependent
individuals who come together to achieve specific goals.
▪ Formal group → Have designated work assignment & specific task to achieve
▪ Informal group→ Social groups [Friendship, Common Interest]

• Group members might disagree on roles for each team member.
▪ If member want to be the project leader or sought after position.
Stage 2: Storming
• Conflict arise and Personalities may clash.
