COMMISSIONING ACCESSORIES / SOFTWARE

Accessories required:
 Laptop/PC with serial/USB port.
 USB to RS-232 (DB9) cable convertor.
 RS-232 (DB-9) to RJ-45 serial cable.
 CODM Debug accessory + cables.
Mini-USB to RS-232(DB-9) Gray cable
HDMI to Mini HDMI black cable.
 SD & CF memory card reader : Transcend-TS-RDF8K-USB-3.0

Software required:
 NVM Loader version: EciApolloNvmBurningUtil.3.0.0.1
 Latest compatible LCT-STMS on your laptop.
 Secure CRT

 Don’t Format SD card, when asked.


 Select proper drive & NE Type:

 LAN Details:
Connect LAN for LCT/Local port of OPT9603 & put below details in Laptop LAN

 Steps to be followed:

 Open CLI(Secure CRT) & telnet 192.168.10.10(Default LCT port IP)

 Login as admin
user: admin
password: admin1
 following prompt appears: admin@localhost>
 To shift to configure/edit mode, type: configure:
admin@localhost>configure
Entering configuration mode
Users currently editing the configuration:

The following prompt appears: admin@localhost#

 Setting UP Host name(NE Name)

admin@localhost# set system host-name OPT9603 //Put NE name here

 For any mistake made after this command you can delete it by using rollback if
it is ok continue to commit it.
admin@localhost# rollback
load complete
OR
 Type commit:
admin@localhost# commit
Commit succeeded.
 You will able to see that host name of the Apollo chassis changed.

Note: Once you commit, it cannot be rollback. For any change after commit, u need to delete/set entry.

 Setting Up the Time and the Time Zone

 Setup the time


admin@OPT9603# set system time-zone <Zone> ; //which is Asia/Calcutta
admin@OPT9603# run set date <MMDDhhmmYYYY>

 For any mistake made after this command you can delete it by using rollback if it is ok
continue to commit it.
admin@OPT9603# rollback
load complete

Commit succeeded.

 reboot will be required to make time-zone changes effective.

 LAN Properties details will be same as for LCT-STMS Launch

Note: Cannot configure Alien Lambda without creating external fiber connectivity.
