Customer Churn Prediction Model
● Developed a machine learning model which incorporated logistic regression and
random forest algorithms for a telecommunication company to predict customer
churn with 85% accuracy and provide business recommendations on actions to
undertake toward the prevention of the churn risk of value customers.
● The research focuses on the accomplishment of real time stock price forecasts.
● Created an ARIMA and LSTM based time series forecasting that would be useful in
making better stock price prediction and thus facilitate better decisions making in the
financial field. This model also incorporates real life data of the current financial
market extracted from APIs.
● Developed a model for sentiment analysis that incorporated approaches used in
natural language processing in analysing customers’ sentiments on the firm on the
social media platforms.
