e) Payment Term:
Apply for GIT booking: from 5 rooms and above:
➢ 50% room charge will be deposited 30 days prior to the arrival date unless having prior arrangements are
made with Hotel.
➢ 50% remain will be settled 7 days prior to the arrival date.
Apply for FIT booking:
➢ Full payment shall be received by Hotel 7 days prior to guests’ arrival unless prior arrangements are made with
Hotel.
➢ In case the booking is done less than 7 days prior to the arrival date then the full payment has to make upon
reservation. Walk – in rates will be applied if Travel Agent fails to settle the payment as agreed.
➢ Charges related to the remittance of the payment will be borne by Travel Agent and all Bank charges related to
the receipt of the of the payment will be borne by Travel Agent.
Other term:
➢ Hotel(s) have the right to require guest’s deposit (FIT) of VND 1,500,000 per room per stay for incidental
expenses and guest’s deposit (GIT) of VND 3,000,000 per group per stay
➢ In case of reservation wish to extend directly by the guests without any confirmations from the travel agent, the
hotel best available rates / walk-in rates would be applied

f) Child Policy (sharing room/bed with parents): maximum 02 children under 12 years old per room

➢ Under 06 years old : Complimentary

➢ From 06 – 12 years old : sur-charge VND 350,000 / children
➢ From 12 years old up : Extra bed shall be required
