ROASTED ONIONS
INGREDIENTS

500 g onions
½ tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground coriander
½ tsp salt
Optional Topping:
2 tbsp cashew parmesan
⅛ tsp ground black pepper

STEPS

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) Fan. Peel,
quarter then slice the onions. Add to a baking
tray double-lined with baking paper.

Sprinkle it with garlic powder, ground coriander
and salt. Spray or drizzle with olive oil. Mix to
coat.

Roast in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes.
Stir with a spatula and roast for another 10
minutes.

Add to a plate.

Top with parmesan cheese and sprinkle with
freshly ground black pepper.
