contract, once registered; it is hereby agreed and stipulated as follows.

Diplomatici has been an NGO with Consultative Status at the United Nations Economic and Social Council
(ECOSOC) since 2016. For over 20 years, through training complementary to school and university education,
Diplomatici has prepared over 100,000 students from all over the world on current affairs and international
careers who have then taken part in international forums organised by AD in institutional settings in Italy and
abroad.
Diplomatici is neither part of, nor officially affiliated with, any national or international institution, and in its
capacity as an NGO in Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations
(ECOSOC) fully supports the values, mission and objectives of the United Nations. Diplomatici also embraces
the policies and guidelines of the United Nations, particularly with regard to the misuse of the UN name and
emblem and urges all students taking part in its initiatives to respect them.
It is a world leader in education based on the study of international relations, geopolitics, negotiation
processes and the functioning of complex multilateral bodies. It is the world's only organizer of the "Change
the World Model UN®". Students who are wishing to take part in the conference must exceed the (free)
selection test and obtain a merit-based Grant through an oral interview with Diplomatici Staff Board. Those
who obtain the merit-based grant will be able to enroll in the Change the World Academy as well as the Training
Course according to the scheme described and in compliance with the provisions of the here to attached
Transparency Pact.
Change the World Academy ([Link])
Since 2012, Diplomatici has been the promoter of the 'Change the World Program,' the most significant series
of conferences for high school and university students globally. These conferences are based on the
functioning of the United Nations and the study of Geopolitics and International Relations. Each event is
named “Change the World Model United Nations” and is part of the educational programs of the 'Change the
World Academy.'
As part of its project to expand its national and international network, Diplomatici aims to constantly promote
the values of the United Nations and the culture of the Model United Nations worldwide, supporting the
participation of as many students as possible in its events and training programs.
CWMUN World Program
Born with the support of authoritative international institutions, the "Change the World Program" is accredited
as the most important international traveling forum in the world, for both students in schools and universities.
Each year, more than 50,000 students from all over the world and leading experts, ambassadors, former
ministers, former heads of state and government, well-known sports champions, artists, officials of the UN
secretariat and the European Union take part and confront young people on the most current issues of
international geopolitics. "Change the World" takes place in New York, Abu Dhabi, Rome, Paris and Singapore.
Merit-based grants
Associazione Diplomatici believes in the value of merit-based grant and/or supports the brightest students. All
students admitted to Change the World Academy get financial supports to take part in the CWMUN World
Program.

DETAILS of the ENROLLMENT FEE
By becoming a Member of Change the World Academy, the Student has access for 6 months to the Diplomatici e-learning
platform with educational video contents and resources. The fee also includes:
• UN Delegate Course -Meetings on Zoom*-.
• Dedicated customer services.
• UN Delegate training material.
• CWMUN Masterclass -Meetings on Zoom*.
• Digital Certificate of participation for CWMUN EMIRATES®.
(*) The number of meetings varies according to the chosen formula: either Smart or Classic.
HOW MUCH YOU PAY and WHY
The price is determined by the difference between the initial cost of the Smart (1.895€) or Classic (2.225€) packages and the
merit-based grant provide by Diplomatici (1.000€) for the admission to Change the World Academy.

PAYMENT METHODS and DEADLINES
The student undertakes to pay the participation fee resulting from the signing of this contract in the following times:
• Deposit of 275.00 EUR within 72 hours of subscription (+190.00 EUR, if you selected the Warranty Service HUB or
370.00 EUR, if you selected the Full Refund).
• Balance of the remaining due by the following deadline:
First Installment due to June 30, 2025.
Last installment due to July 30, 2025 (final balance).
Please note: It is mandatory to pay the extra options with the deposit to be valid.
