ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY

WheelsOnsite expects all employees to be punctual and attend work regularly so that we can
meet the service expectations of our accounts and customers. The Company also recognizes
that circumstances beyond your control may occasionally cause you to be tardy, to leave work
early, or to be absent. WheelsOnsite expects that you will provide appropriate notification to
your manager so that plans may be made to ensure service to our customers is not affected.

Provide Notice If You Will Be Late Or Absent

If you expect to be tardy, to leave work early, or to be absent for any reason, you must:
- Call your immediate manager or the appropriate designated person before your scheduled
reporting time (unless prevented by an emergency situation); and
- Inform your manager of the expected length of any absence.

In all cases of absence or tardiness, you must provide an honest explanation for missing work.
If you fail to provide notification of absence for three consecutive workdays, your employment
will likely be discontinued. We reserve the right to require, at any time, a medical clearance or
verification from your physician. Absenteeism/tardiness because of a legitimate sickness or
injury may be taken into account when reviewing your attendance records. Each team may
establish more detailed attendance, punctuality, and notification standards.
Corrective action for failure to provide proper notification is separate from any corrective
action for excessive absenteeism or tardiness.

The following factors may be considered for attendance/tardiness issues:

- Whether the occurrence of your tardiness/absenteeism is excessive or if it affects the delivery
of services
- Your reason(s) for absence
- Your record of absenteeism

If you do not comply with this policy, you are subject to corrective action, up to and including
termination of employment.
