12:00-1:00 PM Lunch + relax
1:00-2:00 PM Watch/read something chill (not phone) Light YouTube or reading
2:00-2:30 PM Light revision (1 subject, only review) No new topics
2:30-4:00 PM Rest / do something creative or chill No guilt
4:00-6:00 PM Focused Study Session 1 (2 subjects) Use 25 min study + 5 min break x3
6:00-6:30 PM Snack / prayer / quick walk
6:30-7:45 PM Focused Study Session 2 (harder subject) Your own study, not tutor's
7:45-8:00 PM Prep for teacher's class Calm yourself, water, deep breath
8:00-9:00 PM Teacher's session Not counted in your personal study
9:00-9:45 PM Light revision or solve 2-3 questions Keep it light
9:45-10:15 PM No screens: Read, pray, or write journal Helps stop night-time urges
