D. Other Charges:
- Multi acquiring is available only in Pine labs
- A service charge of INR 99 per month will be applicable to all merchants (except Pine Labs
Multi TID Multi TID)
- AMC of INR 499 per year will be applicable to all merchants (except Pine Labs Multi TID
Multi TID)
- TPC of Rs 1 per transaction will not be applicable to merchants onboarded on Pine labs
- OTI, AMC, Service charge and LUC will be applicable for Pine labs Sole acquiring.
- Low Usage Charges (LUC) are also applicable on all terminals(Sole and Multi both) as per the
LUC Table

- OTI INR 599/- will be applicable for Pinelabs Sole terminal for YBL CA.
- In case of all rental plans, pro-rata rental for the month of onboarding will be charged in the
next month

C. Competition Merchant MSF (Applicable only for Merchant with YBL CA)
A competition merchant can be offered CC-MSF of 10 BPS/20 BPS on NH approval less than
his/her current CC-MSF offered by Competition Bank (Subject to minimum of 1.4% MSF on
CC).
Only for Grocery/Supermarket/Convenience Store CC-MSF of 10 BPS/20 BPS on NH
approval less than his/her current CC-MSF offered by Competition Bank (Subject to
minimum of 1.2% MSF on CC)
For Competition Merchant MSF, applicable promo code will be POSCompPricing. For NH
approval under Competition pricing promo code POSCompPricingNH should be used. For
this promo code submission of MPR (with current CC MSF clearly visible) should be
submitted (not more than 30 days old from Login date).
POSCompPricing/ POSCompPricingNH is not applicable for /SA/CC-OD Merchants.

Deviations Condition and Important Requirements
- Exclusion of MCC under small merchant program as per Master card/Visa
- MA-ZH/ NH-Relationship have authority to approve both ZH & NH level approvals from 1st
Jul’23
- The subvention approval from business has been delegated to MA-ZH/ NH-Relationship
- Each MA- ZH Deviation will be booked under promo code of POSZH
- Each SME – BM Deviation will be booked under promo code of POSSME
- Each BRB-CH Deviation will be booked under promo code of POSBRBCH
- Each SME Branch - BM Deviation will be booked under promo code of POSBRBCH
- Each MA–NH Deviation will be booked under promo code of POSNH
- Each BRB-RH Deviation will be booked under promo code of POSBRBRH.
- Any approval over and above regular NH deviation with Subvention approval from
Branch/Other BU should accompany with Calculator and should be approved by respective
Department’s personnel (Senior President and above / ZBH for BRB) is to be taken only post
MA-ZH/NH-Relationship approval is in place. All such deviations will have promo code –
POSAMBPricing.
- For CC-OD cases, subvention process to be followed with calculator as per defined process
- Pricing as rolled out for Fuel and Gas segment will continue to be applicable as per the pricing
rolled out for the same.
- Any pricing deviation over and above these deviations will need the approval of BH. For such
deviation applicable promo code will be POSBHA
- cases will only be accepted with ENACH (ENACH UMRN No. must be mentioned in the
form), no deviations
- Additional TID for Merchants will not be processed if Merchant is not registered for
NACH

All deviation approvals should be part of the application. Deviation in pricing and rental
will be jointly reviewed by NH and Head – Product/Portfolio/Services periodically
3. NIL Rental Plans
3.1 NIL Rental Plan for Small Merchants (Annual Turnover of less than INR 20 Lakhs)
having or opening Current Account with YES BANK
✓ Applicable Rent: Nil, Service Charge – INR 99, AMC – INR 499
✓ MSF on CC on all Segments: 1.90%
✓ Devices applicable: WL/Mosambee/Ezetap Android upto 2 devices only
✓ Applicable Promo Code: CANILRENT
Key Points for NIL Rental Plans:
1. This plan will be applicable only on Maximum Two Devices Per Merchant.
2. Device type of WL Android are applicable under this plan.
3. For Such Merchant applicable MSF will be on all VISA/MasterCard Domestic Credit
Cards and no deviation on MSF will be applicable
4. OTI for YBL CA merchants shall be applicable at INR 599/- and no deviation on the same
will be applicable
5. Monthly Service Fee of INR 99 and Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC) of INR 499 will
be applicable for all such merchants
6. Applications can be taken for additional TID as well subject to charge of OTI INR 599/-
and promo code capturing with maximum overall 2 terminals.
7. 2nd Terminal can be boarded under CANILRENT plan or other commercials.
8. Low Usage Charges as per NIL Rental Plan will be applicable to all such merchants
9. Govt/Insurance/Utility and exclusion MCC as per Master/Visa does not fall under
small merchant program.
10. Any 2 promo codes cannot be clubbed.
11. All such Merchants (under Small Merchant Program) will be periodically checked for
their applicability to the Small Merchant Program. In an instance of such merchants
redefined as regular merchant from small merchant, Rental Plan will be changed to
Regular Rental Plan as per Device Type and the Rental Plan available as on that date.
4. Supersaver POS
Effective 1ST Jun’24, Supersaver POS proposition is for YES Premia (CA) and YES First Business
(CA) customers only
1.1 Supersaver bundled with VAS
✓ VAS comes as a free bundled offer in this option
✓ Service charge, AMC and Low usage charge will be applicable as per normal rates
✓ OTI fee is waived off for YES FIRST & Premia CA merchants

✓ OTI is not applicable for 6month and Annual rental plan
✓ Rental Cash back if POS logged in within 15 days of account opening on volume greater
than equal to 2Lakh
✓ Cash Back will be done in next month of the transaction month where rental is
recovered, and Volume is greater than 2 lakh.
✓ GST will not be refunded
✓ MSF and Rental applicable for only 2 POS
✓ DC MSF – As per RBI norms
✓ CC MSF – 1.00% for Education & Insurance

In case of the merchants not conforming to the program requirement, YES BANK
reserves rights to revise price both on rental and MSF and recover benefit retrospectively
from the date the program requirements are not met.
5. NEWBRB Pricing
New branches launched during Jan’24 to Mar’25 can offer the below special pricing on CC
MSF to merchants opening current accounts until 31st Mar 2025.

o 1% for Education, Grocery & Supermarkets (MCC5411) & Insurance
o 1.50% for all other categories
