Daily Routine

Morning (Before Work)


- 7:00 AM – 7:30 AM → Wake up, freshen up, make your bed

- 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM → Pack breakfast & lunch, quick cleaning if needed

- 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM → Breakfast & light entertainment (music, news, podcast)

- 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM → Commute to work

Work (9:00 AM – 6:30 PM)


- 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM → Office work

Evening (After Work & Commute)


- 7:30 PM – 8:00 PM → Unwind (light entertainment, talk to friends)

- 8:00 PM – 8:30 PM → Dinner & cleaning up

- 8:30 PM – 9:00 PM → Walking or light exercise

Night (Personal Development & Relaxation)


- 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM → Focused time (reading, certifications, courses)

- 10:00 PM – 10:30 PM → Social time (calls, chatting with friends, occasional outings)

- 10:30 PM – 11:00 PM → Fun time (watch a show, YouTube, unwind)

- 11:00 PM → Sleep
