10 minutes in Dua asking Allah for all your desires.

5 4:45 AM - 5:00 AM Eat Sahur (finish before Fajr)

6 5:00 AM Pray Salatul Subhi (Fajr)

7 5:15 AM - 6:30 AM Perform Morning Azkar

8 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM Family & Household time - get the kids ready and manage morning chores

9 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM Pray Salatul Duha (at least 4 Rakats)

10 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM Daily Tafseer - reflect and gain deeper insights into the Quran

11 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Free time for family, relaxation, or additional Quran recitation

12 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM Start cooking for the family

13 2:00 PM Pray Salatul Zuhr; follow with 20 minutes of Azkar

14 3:30 PM Pray Salatul Asr; then do 20 minutes of Evening Azkar and recitation of the

Quran

15 Friday Afternoon Friday Special: Cook for charity - prepare a meal for those in need

16 ~6:00 PM Break your fast. Before breaking, pray and ask Allah for everything you need;

then pray Salatul Maghrib (your Dua will not be rejected)

17 8:00 PM Pray Salatul Isha and perform 11 Rakats of Taraweeh (until about 9:00 PM)

18 After Taraweeh Spend 5 minutes reflecting on the day: What did you do well? What needs

improvement? What should stop? What should start?

19 Throughout the day Increase your sadaqah (charity) by helping the poor and the needy
