AFFIDAVIT OF RETENTION ON SALE

I, EDGARDO U. PAGDALIAN married to ANITA O. PAGDALIAN, both of legal age,


Filipino and with address at Lot 10, Barcelona 3, Brgy. Buhay na Tubig, Imus Cavite, after
being duly sworn in accordance with the law, do hereby depose and say that:

1. That I am the lawful owner of parcel of land located at _____ covered by _______,
containing an area of __________.

2. That I have agreed to sell a portion of the sid parcel of land measuring ___________
situated at __________ to ________________ residing at _________ for the agreed purchase
price of __________.

3. That I expressly declare my retention of a portion of the said property, measuring


_________________, situated at ______________________ which will remain under my
ownership and control.

4. That I undertake to execute the necessary Deed of Absolute Sale(Portion Only) and
facilitate the transfer of the said property for the sold portion in favor of the
Buyer.

5. That I am executing this affidavit to confirm and affirm my intention to retain the
specified portion of the property and for whatever legal purpose it may serve..
