recommendation.

Summary Of Findings

1. Experiences of Working Students

From the collected experiences of the working student, most of them they

describe it as a hard, hassle, and being in that situation is a not okay. They also

state that they have created mechanisms such as planning and prioritizing work to

be done in order to juggle the responsibilities of academics and work, other divide

their whole, for instance morning they will go to school and after school they go

straight to their work. Most of the students claimed it is difficult to stick to a normal

schedule, as academic demands, schedules at work, and leisure time change very

frequently.

2. Challenges of Working Students

From the collected challenges of the working students, this findings

highlighted that school activities and physical tiredness are major obstacles. The

demands of academic tasks, including assignments, group projects, and

examinations, often conflict with work schedules, leaving students physically and
