Dear Nilay,
We are delighted to invite you to join the Adani Summer Internship Programme
2024 (ASIP ’24).

as an intern, we want you to leverage this as an opportunity to make real
connections, network, learn about the businesses, cultivate lasting relationships
with your mentors, guides, and utilize the feedback to develop yourself further.
Every task, every assignment that you work on will significantly add to our broader
vision and hence we want you to understand that the time and efforts you will put
in will be extremely valuable to us.
Your internship will commence from April 1, 2024 to May 31, 2024 as per the terms
and conditions mentioned in the annexure enclosed with this letter. The business
you would be working with, the location of your internship, and the project charter
would be shared with you by February 15, 2024.
We are delighted to share that during the internship, you will be paid a consolidated
stipend of INR 75000 per month ( Seventy five thousand rupees Only). All
applicable taxes and statutory obligations shall be borne by you.
We understand that internship assignments require a transition from campus to
corporate life, hence, a support network has been created for you wherein a
dedicated HR partner, a Project Guide, and a Project Sponsor will be in constant
touch with you on a day-to-day basis.

Your final project presentation will be scheduled during the last week of your
internship and it is only after the presentation, and submission of the final report
latest by May 31, 2024 that your internship would be deemed to be completed and
the fulfilment certificate accordingly.
As part of the internship agreement, you are requested to send your acceptance of
this letter and also the terms and conditions mentioned in the annexure by
December 31, 2023.

Annexure
1. The internship duration is from April 1, 2024 to May 31, 2024.
2. Working Days/hours: Monday to Saturday and working hours would be from
9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
3. Dress Code: Formal Dressing on all weekdays and Casual Dressing on Saturday.
4. Holidays: As per Organisation Holidays Calendar.
5. Accommodation & Transport: You shall manage your own accommodation &
transportation at the place of internship. The travel shall be arranged as per
the applicable policies of the organisation.
6. You shall adhere to the code of conduct of the company as applicable to
employees, trainees, and other vendor partner resources.
7. You shall follow all Safety, Security rules and other organisational protocols
and Adani Group is no way responsible for any accidents or unforeseen events
during the internship.
8. You shall maintain strict discipline at the work premises and not indulge in any
activities which are detrimental to the interest of the company. The Adani
Group reserves the right to discontinue the internship for non-compliance of
discipline at site/location.
9. You unequivocally and unconditionally undertake to always keep any
information or data including visual, written, and oral material received or
observed by You (“Confidential Information”), as confidential and with utmost
secrecy. You shall not discuss or disclose any such Confidential Information
with any person or entity. You further undertake that during Your internship
You shall not copy, print, send, store, or transmit in any manner, any
Confidential Information nor perform any acts in contravention of Adani IT and
Data Security Policies. You agree that all information, correspondence,
documents, materials, or items provided by Us are provided to You in trust, and
on lapse/termination of the internship You shall promptly return all such
material to Us. You undertake that in case of any disclosure of Confidential
Information or breach of the confidentiality obligations, you shall be held liable
for such breach or violation and be subject to any action, that may be initiated
by Us during Your Internship or thereafter.

10. On completion of internship a project report shall be submitted to us and any
publication in print, electronic or any other form including submission of copy of it
to your academic institution can be done only with the written permission of the
CHRO of the Adani Business you have worked with for the internship. The report
will be the sole property and Adani Enterprises Limited or its affiliated businesses.
