Dear Sir,

ln reference to the Tender Reference No. & Tender lD as mentioned above, the undersigned likes to inform
you again that the rate offered by you @ 0.50 % ( percent) Above than that the Estimated amount put to tender for
the above mentioned work has been accepted by the Circle Level Tender Committee on behalf of Governor of West
Bengal, the tendered value of the work is Rs. 943639.00 (Rupees Nine Lakhs Forty Three Thousand Six Hundred
Thirty Nine and Paise Zero Only ) has already been communicated to you vide letter of Acceptance No. referenced
above& you have already executed formal agreement with the undersigned to execute the said work vide
agreernent no. referenced above.
Now, you are requested to take up the work immediately in consultation with the Assistant Engineer (A-l),
Bankura - ll (A-l) Sub-Division, Bankura, for taking layout and also regarding execution of work.

The date of commencement of the work will be reckoned from the date of layout and the same have to be
completed in all respect within 60 (Sixty) days from the date of layout.
The work should be carried out strictly in accordance with the Drawing, schedule, specification, special terms
& conditions and clauses attached with the tender. No supplementary item of work should be undertaken without
prior written oermission from the competent authoriW.
The earnest money deposited with the tender will be converted to security deposit, another rest amount will
be realised from the progressive bill to constitute the security money as per govt norms. Cess @ 1.00% (one point
zero zero percent), GST & any other taxes as applicaable will be deducted from the bill. Securitv deposit will be
released after 1 (One) year from date of completion.
You are requested to submit a work programme along with pre level data sheet to the concerned Assistant
Engineer (A-l) with a copy to the undersigned after preparation of the same in consultation with the concerned
Assistant Engineer in-charge.
You are requested to depute one responsible representative duly accredited at your own cost to remain
present at the work site during the usual works to receive orders and instructions.
You should pay the wages to your workers deployed by you on the job / for the said work as per Minimum
Wage Act. No child labourer will be engaged for the work. Local labourers should be engaged. No materials should
be used in the aforesaid work without prior approval of the E-l-C. You should make necessary arrangement for water
required for construction and for drinking purpose of your workers including accommodation of the workers at the
site at your own cost.

 No deviation and no supplementary work should be undertaken without getting prior written permission
from the appropriate authority.
Payment of bills will be made from Bankura Treasury through ECS on successful and satisfactory completion
of the work subjected to availability of fund.

As directed, this is to inform you that the above tender has been accepted by the Bankura Zilla Parishadi.e., @ l.02Yo
(One point zero two percent) below the schedule of rate.
The work must be commenced immediately under instruction of the undersign and complete within 4 (Four) months
from the date of issue of this work order. The work must be carried out as per the specification and conditions as mentioned in our
tender notice & tender document, which was supplied at the time of tender. You must execute agreement ia Stamp Paper of
Rs. 1 0/- (Rupees ten) only at once for the said work if not executed earlier. No payment will be made without this agreement.
You are, therefore, requested to execute an agreement on a Non Judicial Stamp paper of Rs.10/- (R.upees ten) only within
ten days from the date of issue of this letter at the latest when work order will be issued failing which your offer will be treated as
cancelled.
802 amount will be deducted from all bills as Security deposit and the same will be refunded after 12 (Twelve) months
from the date of successful completion of work. The earnest mongy (2% of Amount put to Tender) which was deposited by you
will be refunded after deducting the same from your 1" R-A. or l't & Final Bill. All oihers statutory deduction wilibe made from
the bill.
The Certificate of the Principal employer in Form-V for contract labour (Regulation & Abolition Act) is being issued
along with this work order

Pursuant to signihg of the contract for the Maintenance of Post Five Years BGSY road
"Baliarpur to TO7" Road under Kotulpur Block in the District of Bankura under BGSY Scheme
bearing Package No. WB-O3-168, you are hereby instructed to proceed with the execution of the said
works in accordance with the contract documents. You have to set up field laboratory with the
prescribed equipments, site office with deployment of personnel & machinery as specified in the SBD.
You are advised to followed all COVID-19 safety norms during execution with other safety measures.
Moreover you are requested to submit the Insurance Policy for a period of minimum two year and
the period of completion.
It also may please be noted that if the work is not completed within the stipulated time without
any valid reason, an amount equal to 1olo of the total value of work per week will be deducted as
compensation for delay from the bill subject to a maximum limit of lOo/o of the contract value. The
defect liability period is two year from the date of satisfactory completion.
