The Following Invigilation duties are assigned to the faculty and staff members of COER University odd semester
examinations.

9:00 AM – 11:30 PM 12:00-02:30 PM 02:30 PM – 05:00 PM

O22, C2, J6, O23, H6, K2, O24, D2, K4, GATE DUTY: O33, O29 GATE DUTY: O29, O20

Remark :
1. All the invigilators are required to report in Room No. CB 204 (Computing Block) at the time mentioned in the duty chart for
smooth conduction of exam.
2. Invigilators are advised not to carry mobile phone in the examination room during invigilation duty. Presence of mobile
phone will be considered as negligence for the duties assigned.
3. The invigilators are advised to check the admit cards of students at gate and direct to them to sit according to seating plan available.
No student is
permitted without admit card.
4. Invigilators are also requested to check all entries filled by candidates on answer sheet carefully before signing.
5. After completion of examination, invigilators are required to submit the answer sheets according to roll number / subject / branch in
Room No. CB 204 (Computing Block)
6. Faculty availing leave on above mentioned dates should make alternate arrangement of their invigilation duties.
7. Reserve duty faculty members will take round in the examination rooms throughout the duration of exam and
physically check each candidate.
