I. Introduction
This summary consolidates the evaluation results of PTA-supported and participated
activities at Calipayan Elementary School for SY 2024–2025. The goal of the evaluation
was to assess the effectiveness, stakeholder participation, and relevance of these activities in
promoting school-community collaboration.

IV. Key Findings
Transparency & Engagement: Parents valued their involvement in school decision-
making processes, especially during AIP/APP planning.
High Participation: Community involvement was strong across most activities.
Effectiveness: Activities met their objectives and were efficiently managed.
Areas for Improvement:
o Enhance parent orientation on school budget and procurement terms.
o Improve communication by releasing activity notices earlier.
V. Conclusion
The active participation of the PTA in Abre Elementary School’s activities—especially in
planning and community-based programs—continues to strengthen school governance and
learner support. The December 2024 SPT meeting demonstrated the value of engaging
stakeholders in budgetary and planning processes to ensure transparency, ownership, and
accountability.
