GOOGLE MEETING HELD 19/6/2025

MINUTES
1. REGIONAL CONFERENCE
✓ Opening reading by Bonface

✓ Acts 8:1-7 we do assignments God has given us

✓ Opening prayer by Director Boniface

✓ The planning committee was formed and the organising secretaries has been given mandate

✓ The camp was proposed in 3 school Moi siongiroi, Kaplong, sides of Sotik but 1 was chosen
and that's Kaplong high school
✓ Kaplong has been proposed for the August conference waiting for confirmation

✓ Proposal of speakers and topics to be discussed

✓ Proposal of Regional Bishop to minister on August Conference and some other suggested
speaker's
✓ Topics to be discussed in the next meeting that's Saturday

2. WEDDING ARRANGEMENTS
✓ Warm welcome by Dennis Ngetich towards his wedding, Congratulations to him

✓ Support from region and district in needed

✓ A target of 70,000 to be raised by region

✓ Organisers have been given date's to give us feedback so that we can plan ourselves from
district's

3. YOUTH REGISTRATION

✓ Registration for youths has run smoothly so far waiting for the rest of the district to clear
registration as soon as possible
✓ 70% of youths have turn up for the registration

4. PRAISE AND WORSHIP


✓ Praise and worship leadership to sit for a meeting and plan for the success of Conference

✓ Praise and worship leaders to present songs to the IT department for the update

✓ Leaders of the praise and worship to train the team for the excellence of the conference

4. AOB'S
✓ 25th regional council, venue will be communicated

✓ Let's all come with large teams

✓ Instruments for the success of Conference

✓ Date's for wedding and Conference to be communicated

✓ Enoch closed with a word of prayer and the meeting ended successfully
