RESOLUTION NO. 05, Series 2020

“RESOLUTION REGULATING THE USE OF VIDEOKE AND KARAOKE


MACHINES AND OTHER SIMILAR AMPLIFIED AUDIO SOUND DEVICES OF
BARANGAY POBLACION, PITOGO, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR”

WHEREAS, karaoke or videoke singing has been a favorite past time of Filipinos.
However, karaoke singing becomes a nuisance, causing annoyance and stress to
many and worse , the celebration leads to conflict and fistfight;

WHEREAS, one major source of noise among residential areas in Barangay


Poblacion, is the use of videoke or karaoke systems which causes serious
discomfort and has created numerous complaints;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Mr. Sulficio E. Maghinay and


unanimously seconded by all the member present, it was;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to pass a resolution regulating the


use of videoke and karaoke machines and other similar amplified audio
sound evices Of Barangay Poblacion, Pitogo, Zamboanga Del Sur

LET, copies of this resolution be furnished to all concerned offices, this


municipality for their information, guidance and implementation.
