1. The above noted case is pending for adjudication before


this Hon’ble Court and same has been fixed for today i.e.
07/10/2022.

2. The Applicant wants to place additional documents on


file. The documents contain the Bills and Transporter bill,
GST Claims by the accused relating to the subject matter of
the instant Petition.
3. The said documents are crucial to the Petitioner's case
and the Petitioner would suffer an irreparable loss if the
same are not admitted.

PRAYER

In light of the above, it is most humbly prayed that Leave


may be granted by this Hon’able Court to admit the
additional documents to the Petition.

company in the above noted case and is well conversant
with the facts of the case and competent to swear this
affidavit.

drafted by my counsel under my instruction and the
