Wedding & Other Ritual Terms & Conditions
1. Our Wedding package starts from the evening i.e Bridal makeup for the Bride side and Sehrabandi for the Groom side and so the time
start by 4 to 5 pm
2. We cover the wedding function till Vidai from the venue only i.e 5 to 6 am
3. Any other rituals other than that would be treated as a post-wedding ritual which is additional
4. Wedding day morning rituals are not added in the package so any function before Bridal makeup or Sehrabandi needs to be added
additionally
5. Drone is not added to the Wedding package you will have to add it separately
6. If opted for drone services, it becomes the sole responsibility of the client to take prior permission to fly the drone in the desired area
and if the drone is caught or confiscated by the authority then the client is responsible to get it released or pay the entire original mrp to
the team
7. For small rituals such as Mehendi, Haldi, Cocktail, etc, the Duration of the shoot would be 4 to 5 hrs max. Time extending beyond that
would be charged additionally
8. We start calculating the time from the time you ask us to report keeping 1hr to half an hr grace time in between and so if the function is
delayed, you need to inform us at least 48hrs before the scheduled time if not so, the time would be calculated from the reporting time
given before only
9. Booking Amount Is Completely Non-Refundable
10. Cancellation of any function should be informed at least 7 days before the function day, if not we won’t be able to adjust the price
anywhere else also the amount is non-refundable
11. During the functions teams, refreshment & food arrangement is to be taken care of by the client
12. We take 2 to 3 months to deliver you the entire Wedding and other rituals edited data (this timeline is when you book us for all the
functions together and they are back to back in days). Also the timeline might increase depending on the peak wedding seasons
13. We don’t edit or take data from other photographer teams and so we won’t be including their shot in our final video output nor would we
be editing their photos. Though you can share their photos just to be added in the Wedding Album
14. Royal Album will come in a box and will have max of 200 photos in Matte paper of 35 sheets which are 70 sides, Adding extra sheets
will cost you 500 INR per sheet
15. For functions outside Delhi Ncr, the team will only start their travel by early morning on the day you have booked us and not a day
before, For any such request please talk to the marketing team in advance and take confirmation for the same on Whatsapp through
official phone no or by email
16. We deliver your photos and videos with the watermark till the time the last percentage of payment is not cleared
17. In Rare Cases, the Drone might meet with an accident or due to some technical fault it might not work or crash in this situation we only
refund the amount charged or make a partial refund depending on the shoot
18. If you have booked the team of 2 Photographers and 2 Cinematographers, we might miss covering the gathering or the full corner to
corner location depending if the location is ready in time and also the function is on time or not. As sometimes the location is decorated
late and also due to late in the function timing the team is busy with the couple and family and later don't get proper time to cover the
rest of the things like location and gathering.
19. Online driver link provided for photos and videos is valid for 3 month only
20. We only keep the edited and raw data for 6 months from the last function shoot date, so you’re requested to clear the payment and
collected the data as post that we won’t be responsible for any data lossx`
21. We follow the best industry practice to keep the data safe and secure, but still if in the rare case there is loss or damage of data due to
technical fault or natural calamity our liability is only limited to the amount quoted for that particular service in that event
22. We own all the rights to use and reproduce the images and videos for marketing purpose
23. Taxes Are Extra On Actual (Gst 18%)
24. Price quoted in this quotation might change after 7 days without notifying
25. Any verbal communication or commitment will not be accepted till the time the same has been communicated on Whatsapp through
official phone no or by email
