1. Thanks! Right now we are in the first days of OEP (Open Enrollment Period), so there is
limited time to look at plans. Are you retired and collecting Social Security ?
➢ Yes → END CALL
➢ No → Go to next question
2. Do you currently have Medicare Parts A & B?
After prospect answers:
We have a wide variety of plans available and any information we provide is limited to
the plans we offer in your area. For a full list of options available, please contact

➢ If they have both A & B → Go to Question #3
➢ If only 1 part (Part A or Part B) → Med Supp Script
➢ If they don’t have A & B, “Have you turned 65 in the past 3 months or will you be
turning 65 within the next 3 months?”
○ If Yes → Transfer to MAPD Queue (New to Medicare, automatic SEP)
➢If No to Both → U65 Script
3. Do you have a Medicare Supplement or a Medicare Advantage Plan?
if don’t know “Do you know if you have Part C, Part F, or Plan G?
➢ Part C (MAPD) → Transfer
➢ Plan F or G → Med Supp Script
➢ If neither → Go to next question

5. Do you receive Extra Help on you medications, a Low Income Subsidy, or LIS?

combined?”
