The Challenge or Opportunity
As a Techno-Commercial Engineer Intern, you will support our India Sales Team in bridging the gap between
engineering excellence and client success. This is a unique opportunity to apply your Civil Engineering
background in a fast-paced, client-oriented role while developing commercial acumen and communication
skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand MIDAS products, licensing workflow, and target segments.
- Practice using midas CIVIL NX and related tools for better client understanding.
- Generate qualified databases using CRMs like HubSpot and digital platforms (LinkedIn, Lusha).
- Perform cold calling and email outreach to drive lead engagement.
- Send invitations and support execution of webinars, workshops, and client demos.
- Collaborate with internal teams and participate in client meetings and follow-ups.
- Support marketing initiatives including technical mass training and government outreach.
- Document learnings and demonstrate performance improvement through feedback cycles.
Eligibility Criteria and Preferred Skills
- [Link] or [Link] degree in relevant disciplines (Civil, Structural, Geotechnical etc.).
- Available for an internship for a period of 3 months and should be able to join MIDAS as a full time employee if
selected subject to performance during internship period.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and organized approach.
- Sound technical knowledge to confidently speak with engineering prospects.
- Comfortable working with digital tools (CRM, LinkedIn, Excel).
- Interest in strategic and technical Sales, civil engineering solutions consulting, or customer-facing roles.
