Important Remarks:
Quote Validity: 15 days
a) Prices may change without prior notice after quotations validity.
b) Any miscellaneous expenses not included in this quotation eg. Permits, Insurances, Transportation expenses incurred
if the installation address will be changed last minute, etc. will be shouldered and paid for by the client.
c) Once the work order has commenced, any last minute changes will be subject to additional charges as deemed
necessary by SRA.
d) Retention is not allowed unless otherwise stated in the contract.
e) If the Power supply 230V AC 13A single phase and wiring will be performed by others it must be situated next to auto
door controller at the right side of operator. (For Gate Automation Only)
f) Additional Work after office hours or if customer insist on finishing the job beyond the normal working hours will
result to additional labor cost to be shouldered by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
g) SRA/S Rye Enterprises shall not be held liable for any damages onsite unless due diligence was not observed by SRA
personnel.
h) Any additional works/items not included in this quotation will be charged separately.
i) All prices quoted are in Philippine Peso. 12% Vat Excluded.
Disclaimer: Quoted Price above is subject to change should the final survey results into a different and more suitable
recommendation from the surveyor, in any case SRA will inform customer of said changes.
Terms & Conditions:
Payment: At least 50% down payment upon confirmation, balance to be paid upon completion and handover.
Cancellation is not allowed unless otherwise approved by SRA, a cancellation charge of 30% of the total contract value
shall apply.

Delivery: If no ex-stock or manpower available, SRA to advise customer on the next earliest delivery/installation date
Limited Warranty:
- Tampering with the motor or any of its part will void the warranty if unauthorized by SRA, this includes but is not
limited to relocating, repositioning or in any way moving the motor or any of its parts including but not limited to its
electrical wiring, etc.
- 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects for the Automation system.
-Consumables are not covered under this limited warranty.
- Warranty does not include parts replacement damaged by fortuitous events eg. Acts of God, acts of terrorism,
lightning, fire, also including but is not limited to any damage caused by pest (ants, mouse, etc) Customer to ensure due
diligence is observed once project has been turned over.
SRA reserves the right to impose a penalty of 2% per day for any amount already due and demandable for any completed
jobs.
By signing on the below, you acknowledged that you have read and understood and accepted the terms and conditions
