At the Lobby (Bellmaid & Guest)

Bellmaid : Good afternoon, Ma’am. Welcome to Hotel Sunshine. How was your
flight today?

Guest : Good afternoon. The flight was fine.

Bellmaid : May I help you with your luggage?

Guest : Oh, yes. Thank you.

Bellmaid : Is there any other luggage, Ma’am?

Guest : No, just this one.

Bellmaid : Very well, Ma’am. I’ll escort you to the reception desk and carry your
suitcase.

At the Reception (Receptionist & Guest)

Receptionist: Good afternoon, Ma’am. Welcome to Hotel Sunshine. My name is


Hevi. How may I assist you?

Guest : Good afternoon. My name is Olivia. I’ve made a room reservation


under my name.

Receptionist: Alright, Ma’am. May I see your reservation confirmation or


accommodation voucher, please?

Guest : Here is the confirmation letter.

Receptionist: Thank you, Ma’am. (Checks the guest list) Yes, I’ve found your
reservation. Everything is in order.
Receptionist: We will keep this confirmation as part of our reservation archive,
Ma’am.

Guest : right, thank you.

Receptionist: Please fill out this registration form. Make sure your full name matches
your passport, and ensure your phone number is active. Here’s a pen. Once you're
done, kindly submit your passport for us to scan.
Guest: Alright.

(While the guest is filling out the form, a waiter brings a welcome drink from the
restaurant.)

Receptionist: As a welcome from us, here is your welcome drink. Please enjoy it
while filling out the registration form.

Guest : Thank you

(A few moments later)

Guest : Here’s the form, Ma’am.

Receptionist: Thank you, Ma’am. Have you finished your drink?

Guest : Yes, I have.

Receptionist: Alright, I’ll take the form. And here’s your passport back.

Guest: Thank you.

Receptionist: Thank you, Ms. Olivia. Everything is complete. Here is your room key
card — room 300, standard room type. The Wi-Fi password is printed inside the key
card holder. This is your breakfast coupon, which can be used at Kencana Restaurant
on the ground floor, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Receptionist: Here is some information about our hotel. If you need any assistance,
just dial “0” from your room. We’ll be happy to help. Do you have any questions,
Ma’am?

Guest : No, thank you.

Receptionist: We are currently offering a 20% discount on all spa treatments. If


you’re interested, please dial extension 5 from your room. Also, there will be a live
music dinner tonight at our rooftop restaurant starting at 7:00 PM.

Guest : Alright, thank you.

Receptionist: I’ll now call the bellmaid to escort you to your room.
(Calls via intercom)

Receptionist: Good afternoon, Gisel. Could you come to the reception now? Please
escort the guest to her room.

Bellmaid : Yes, I will.

Escorting to the Room (Bellmaid & Guest)


Bellmaid : Ms. Olivia, I’ll escort you to room 300. Please follow me.

Bellmaid : Excuse me, Ma’am. This is your room. I’ll turn on the lights first.
Please come in.

Guest : Thank you.

Bellmaid : Ma’am, may I explain the room facilities?

Guest : Yes, please.

Bellmaid : In this room, you have a wardrobe with hangers, a dressing table and
mirror, a television with remote control, a minibar stocked with drinks and snacks,
and a telephone. Please dial ‘0’ to reach hotel services.

Bellmaid : Here is your room key card and guest card, Ma’am. Enjoy your stay.

Guest : Thank you for your help.

Bellmaid : You're welcome, Ma’am. (Exits the room and gently closes the door)
