Method & Chemicals:

Pest control Operation has been carried out in the following areas

1. Offices Areas 2. Packing Material Store


3. Production Area (Non-Sterile) 4. Canteen
5. Washroonrs / Lockers b. LIL

Fesigor.r Oil Spray Containing 1?6 Cirpernrelirrln rr.,as used for fogging the Canteen Hall,
Office Block False Ceiling, Dining Hall, Production Corridor, Changing Rooms, and Washrooms

A water base solution of DDVP 1% with Cypermethrin 1% was used to spray in the l(itchen,
Canteen, Warehouses, Office Block, Washrooms, Changing Rooms, and Outside Area. A water
base solution of DDVP 0.1% with Cypermethrin was used to spray in Production, Raw lVaterial
Store, Q.C and sewerage lines.

Please Note: Fogging was carried out in the entire premises with oil spray using 1%
Cypermethrin; it was done on the demand and instruction of the representative of IVPPL.

The overall conditions were found to be satisfactory
