All candidates appearing for Counselling at Central University of


Haryana are required to bring the following documents in original
along with a set of self-attested photocopies Check List for admission
(Counselling):
1. CUCET-2016 Score Card
2. Matriculation (Date of Birth Certificate) Marksheet and Certificate
3. 10+2 Marksheet and Certificate
4. Graduation Marksheet and Certificate
5. Post Graduation Marksheet and Certificate (if, applicable)
6. Certificate in support of reservation
7. Non Creamy layer Certificate/ Income Certificate (For OBC Candidates only)
8. Character Certificate
9. NET/JRF SET/TEACHER Fellowship/ [Link]. Certificate (For [Link]. and Ph.D.
applicants only)
10. Disability Certificate (For PwD candidates)
11. Sports Certificate/ECA Certificate
12. Passport Size Photograph (4 nos)
13. Migration Certificate
14. Anti-Ragging Undertaking
(to be filled online, available on UGC website)
15. Any other Certificate (Undertaking in case some certificate is missing and
for GAP Year)
All Certificates in original (for verification only) and one set of self- attested set of
photocopies for submission to the University
