CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT

This Employment Contract is made and entered into on this 10th day of March, 2025, by and between:

XYZ TECHNOLOGIES LTD, a legally registered company with its principal office in Njiro, Arusha, Tanzania,
hereinafter referred to as the "Employer," and

MR. JOHN DOE, of Sakina, Arusha, Tanzania, hereinafter referred to as the "Employee."

Both parties agree to the following terms and conditions of employment:

1. POSITION AND DUTIES

1.1 The Employer hereby employs the Employee as an IT Officer.

1.2 The Employee shall perform all duties related to the role, including but not limited to:

1. Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, networks, and systems.


2. Providing technical support and troubleshooting IT-related issues.
3. Ensuring cybersecurity measures are implemented and maintained.
4. Installing, configuring, and updating software and hardware.
5. Managing data backups and IT documentation.

1.3 The Employee agrees to perform these duties diligently and in accordance with company policies.

2. COMMENCEMENT AND DURATION

2.1 The employment shall commence on 1st April 2025.

2.2 The contract shall be a fixed-term contract of one (1) year, subject to renewal or termination as per
company policy.

3. WORKING HOURS

3.1 The Employee shall work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.

3.2 Overtime may be required, subject to prior approval and compensation as per Tanzanian labor laws.

4. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

4.1 The Employee shall receive a monthly salary of TZS 1,200,000, payable on the last working day of
each month.

4.2 The Employee shall be entitled to statutory benefits, including Social Security Fund contributions.
4.3 Additional benefits may include medical insurance and a transport allowance of TZS 100,000 per
month.

5. LEAVE ENTITLEMENTS

5.1 The Employee shall be entitled to 21 days of annual leave per year.

5.2 The Employee shall be entitled to 14 days of sick leave, 84 days of maternity leave (for female
employees), and 3 days of paternity leave (for male employees), as per Tanzanian labor laws.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE

6.1 The Employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all company information, including trade
secrets, client data, and internal communications.

6.2 The Employee shall not disclose or use any confidential information for personal gain or share it with
third parties.

7. TERMINATION

7.1 This contract may be terminated by either party with one (1) month’s written notice or payment in
lieu of notice.

7.2 The Employer may terminate the contract without notice in cases of gross misconduct, breach of
contract, or failure to perform assigned duties.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This contract shall be governed by the labor laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising shall be resolved
through mutual negotiation or as per the relevant legal framework.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

9.1 Any amendments to this contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

9.2 The Employee acknowledges that they have read and understood this contract before signing.
