I am Nonelon M. Balazo, presently serving as a Plumber under the Municipal
Economic Enterprise and Development Office (MEEDO) of the Municipality of Impasugong.
With utmost respect, I would like to express my sincere intent to continue my service and

In my role as a plumber for the past 30 years, I have been involved in the
maintenance, installation, and repair of plumbing systems in the municipal market, public
terminals, water system, and other government facilities. I have consistently responded to
urgent plumbing concerns, ensuring the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of our public
facilities. I take pride in my work and in contributing to the efficiency and sustainability of
municipal operations.
