Applies to office buildings, shopping complexes, hotels, cinemas, banks, and similar commercial buildings.
2. Minimum Parking Requirements
Commercial (General): 1 car space per 100 m2 of gross floor area
Shopping Complex: 1 car space per 5075 m2 of shop area
Hotel: 1 car space per 3 rooms + 1 per 100 m2 of public space
Cinemas: 1 car space per 20 seats
Banks: 1 car space per 100 m2 of office area

Car: 2.5m x 5.0m
Motorcycle: 1.0m x 2.0m
Bicycle: 0.6m x 1.8m
Accessible: 3.5m x 5.0m
Headroom Clearance: Minimum 2.1m
4. Driveways and Circulation
One-way driveway: 3.6m
Two-way driveway: 6.0m
Ramp width: 3.6m, slope 1:8
Turning radius: 4.5m
Ramp landing: Every 9m rise needs 2.4m horizontal landing

Angled or straight layout allowed
Proper markings and signage required
