I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding the basement leased by Clases. As
residents of the society complex, we have been facing difficulties due to the constant influx
of students in the basement. They often bring their vehicles inside the complex and park
them in front of the main gate, which causes obstructions for both residents and visitors.
We have tried to approach the students and request them to remove their vehicles, but they
have not been responsive or have responded in an aggressive manner towards the building
watchman and flat owners. This has caused inconvenience to the residents of the society
complex.
As the owner of the leased basement, we request you to take appropriate action and stop
the entry of students' vehicles inside the society complex with immediate effect. We urge
you to take this matter seriously and take necessary steps to ensure the smooth functioning
of the society complex.
