Stibo Systems Apprenticeship Program 2025 – Minds of Tomorrow

This year-long program (August 2025 – July 2026) is designed to provide recent graduates—either
from the current passing out batch or the previous one—with a structured opportunity to gain real-
world experience, build professional skills, and potentially transition into full-time Associate roles
within our organization.

Program Highlights:

• Open to graduates from the 2025 or 2024 pass-out batches

• 1-year fixed-term Apprenticeship contract, which could be converted to permanent

employment for strong candidates where vacancies arise.

• Hands-on learning, mentoring, and structured development using the 70-20-10 model

• Evaluation for permanent roles in April/May 2026

• Annual Stipend payable is Rs 350,000 (approx. 29000/month)

• Candidates will be expected to register on the NATS govt portal for compliance purposes.

Some of your responsibilities:

• Handle issues reported by the customers and find the solution to resolve the issues
• Ensure the resolution of medium to high complexity application related issues
• Ensure high degree of customer focus in all the defined activities
• Work closely with different stakeholders/departments to get the timely resolution of
customer issues
• Provide a high level of service to our customers, adhering to our SLAs for response and
resolution times, in line with Stibo Support guidelines

The career path

Stibo Systems’ India Technology Consulting team’s primary objective is to develop, manage and
advise on technical solutions - from qualification of requirements all the way through the delivery
and implementation of the software related to Stibo Systems’ Master Data Management platform
(STEP). Our technical solutions and advisory services are usually accompanied by the delivery of
implementation services.

We are seeking university graduates with experience in Java technology stack development. The
role involves developing and delivering customer-centric solutions on our STEP product. The
position is based in our Bengaluru office, working within an international team and in close
cooperation with Stibo Systems’ subject matter experts.

More specifically, you will:

• You will be responsible for both software development and technical consultancy
• Deliver high quality custom development solutions in line with defined customer
requirements and Stibo standards
• Resolve complex technical tasks writing secure, reliable, scalable and maintainable code.
• You will ensure quality of deliverables remains in line with agreed standards within scope
and budget
• Implement and execute relevant Unit & Integration tests; debug and resolve technical
problems that arise

Technologies includes
• Must be hands on with Core Java
• Exposure to XML, XSLT, JSON, JavaScript ES5/6, HTML5 and CSS will be plus.
• Experience working with any IDE
