GAP AFFIDAVIT

I, DEBANJALI DAS, daughter of Swapan Chandra Das, aged about


23 years, by faith – Hindu, by occupation – Student, Residing at 213
Debi Nagar, ward no – 4, Majlish pur, Ranir Bazar, West Tripura,
Tripura, PIN – 799035, do hereby solemnly state and affirm as under:

1. That I am a citizen of India, and a resident of the address


mentioned above.
2. That I have completed & passed class 12th in the year 2021
from DON BOSCO SCHOOL, NANDAN NAGAR,
AGARTALA.
3. That I had joined the Bachelor of Science ([Link].) in Physics
course at Amity University Kolkata, in the academic year 2023.
and dropped it just after 1 year without completing the course as
it was affecting my preparation.
4. Due to certain personal reasons and to prioritize my preparation
for NEET. I decided to discontinue the said course after
completing 1(one) year, and I did not complete the course.
5. That my decision to drop out was solely based on the impact it
was having on my preparation and not due to any disciplinary,
or financial reasons.
6. That I voluntarily withdrawn from the [Link]. Physics course at
Amity University, Kolkata, and have no further academic
affiliation with the institution for the aforementioned course.
7. That there is a GAP of 5 years in my studies from 2021 to 2025.
8. That during this period I was not involved in any offence or in
an illegal activity and that no Civil/Criminal case is pending
against me in any court of law in India or elsewhere.
9. That I command a good reputation and respect in general public.
10. That I have not availed any post matric scholarship for the
same programme or course from any
College/University/Institute.

Verified that the contents of my above said affidavit are true and
correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and nothing has been
concealed or misrepresented therein. In case the above facts are found
incorrect/false/ misrepresented at any stage then my admission can be
