INDENTURE FOR AGREEMENT

This indenture made at CTPP, Chhabra on this………………..day of ………the year


Two Thousand Twenty Five (2025) between the Chairman & Managing Director,
RRVUNL, herein after referred to as the purchaser/owner with expression unless the
contract does not permit includes successors and assignees of the one part and
M/s Rishab Engineering Works, Kota (Raj.) hereinafter referred to contractor for
which expressions, unless the contract does not permit includes their respective,
heirs, executors, administrators legal representative, permitted assignees of the
second part, witness as follows:

1. The contractor does here by the presents agree to execute the work and the
owner does agree to take work from contractor the work specified in the
work order No. RVUNL/CTPP/SE (CA-II)/F./D.-256 dated 19.05.2025
appended and on the terms & conditions continued in the said order. The
general terms of contract appended here to are considered part of the
agreement.
2. The Contractor is also bound to fulfill all the conditions mentioned in the
relevant clause of GCC
3. The work to be executed under this agreement shall be as per teams of the
above orders and as per specifications of against NIB No.
592/2024-25/SE(CA-II)/CTPP
4. In case of dispute as to whether and work done is not accordance with the
specification set forth in the schedule, the decision of the Chief Engineer,
CTPP, Chhabra shall be final or otherwise for further dispute jurisdiction of
court will be Baran.
5. If the contractor fails wholly or in part to fulfill this agreement, the owner
shall be entailed at this discretion to retain the whole or any part of the
deposit made by the contractor under clause …………….and if the loss suffered
by the owner exceed the amount of said deposit, he will be entailed to
recover this said loss from the contractor in this may as may be expedient.
6. If any sum remains due, of become Recoverable from the contractor on
account of non fulfillment of this agreement or on account of any other
reason, the contractor shall pay the same immediately on demand. He owner
shall be entitled to recover the same from the contractor as arrears of land
revenue.
7. In witness of due execution of this agreement, the parties have been under
set their hands the day and the year first above written.
