Undertaking for Substance Abuse Prevention
I, , a student of the____________(program name) taken admission in _______ (mention
class) at Atlas SkillTech University for the academic year 2025-26, hereby solemnly affirm my unwavering commitment
to maintaining a substance-free environment and to strictly adhering to the University's policies on the prevention of
substance abuse, including the use of vaping, smoking, alcohol, drugs, and any other prohibited substances, both on and
off campus.
I fully understand that substance abuse, including the use of vaping, smoking products, alcohol, narcotics, and any other
intoxicating substances, constitutes a grave violation of both the University’s Code of Conduct and the law. Such actions
pose a significant threat to my academic performance, personal well-being, and the collective integrity of the University
community. I acknowledge that any involvement in substance-related activities, whether on or off campus, will lead to
serious repercussions, including but not limited to:
● Academic Sanctions: Immediate permanent expulsion from the University.
● Legal Consequences: Arrest, criminal charges, and potential prosecution.
● Health Consequences: Detrimental effects on both physical and mental health.
I hereby agree to the following:
1. Abstinence from Substance Use: I shall abstain from the use, possession, or distribution of alcohol, smoking
products, narcotics, recreational drugs, or any other intoxicating or prohibited substances under the law or University
policies, whether on or off campus. .
2. Mandatory Reporting of Violations: I shall promptly report any knowledge or suspicion of substance-related
activities or policy violations, including smoking or alcohol use, to the appropriate higher authorities within the
University, whether such activities occur on or off campus. .
3. Full Cooperation with Investigations: In the event of an inquiry or investigation into substance abuse, I shall
cooperate fully with University authorities, providing any required information or assistance without delay or
reservation.
4. Consequences: I understand that any violation of this undertaking may result in disciplinary action, including but not
limited to expulsion from the University, as well as potential legal consequences.
I understand and accept that this undertaking constitutes a binding agreement, and any breach of its terms, whether on
or off campus, will result in immediate disciplinary action as outlined above, or any other action deemed appropriate by
the University.
